The Quality Reviewer – OASIS & ICD-10 Coding ensures compliance and accuracy in OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding for home health and hospice services. This role supports quality assurance, conducts audits, and trains clinicians to maintain top-tier documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review OASIS assessments and clinical notes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensure ICD-10 coding accuracy and correct sequencing of diagnoses
- Conduct quality audits on clinical records for service utilization and compliance
- Train and educate clinicians on OASIS documentation accuracy
- Participate in QAPI and quality assurance programs
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of Nursing experience as an RN
- Expertise in ICD-10 coding and OASIS documentation
- Strong leadership skills in home health or hospice care
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- OASIS Documentation Certification (preferred)
- Experience in clinician training and quality improvement
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in home health
