**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team of passionate substance abuse and addiction treatment professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize your expertise in a variety of settings.
**Duties:**
  • History and Physicals as well as assessments on patients.
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients, including routine check-ups, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide care to patients in a substance abuse and addiction treatment setting, including those with complex medical conditions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and health promotion.
  • Provide patient education and support in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Document patient care and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Detox experience is required
  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
