**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team of passionate substance abuse and addiction treatment professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize your expertise in a variety of settings.

**Duties:**

History and Physicals as well as assessments on patients.

Provide comprehensive care to patients, including routine check-ups, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.

Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide care to patients in a substance abuse and addiction treatment setting, including those with complex medical conditions.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use of electronic health records.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and families on disease management, medication use, and health promotion.

Provide patient education and support in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Document patient care and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in nursing or a related field.

Detox experience is required

Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or certification.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
