The Children’s Clinic is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Advice team. This is a full-time fully remote position.

RN Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs and formulate and implement an appropriate nursing care plan to include physiological, psychosocial, and environmental factors. Revise plan of care based on ongoing assessments as needed with any new data or changes in patient condition.
- Document nursing assessment and patient care provided, including nursing intervention, patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals.
- Documentation includes evidence of appropriate patient, family, and significant other teachings, and the understanding of these instructions is noted in the record.
- Must use sound clinical judgment, knowledge, and experience to effectively give patients self-care advice when applicable.
- Communicate with the medical provider regarding patient needs, nursing assessments, interventions, and patient education in a timely manner. Schedule appointments using clinical prioritizing protocols and scheduling policies.
Qualifications Required for the Position:
- Must have at least one-year prior triage experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or Pediatrics.
- Valid RN license from the State of Oregon.
- BLS certification is required and must remain current.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay will be commensurate with experience.
