Patient Help Line is a 24/7 inbound call center. We have full-time positions available. Holidays are required on a rotating basis. Training is mandatory and for 3 weeks Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid program of instructor led training and self-paced computer-based learning. Must be highly organized, self-directed worker with an ability to function in high volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assesses and triages immediate health concerns
- Identifies problems or gaps in care offering opportunity for intervention
- Engages members and coordinates services and referrals to health programs and assists members navigate the health system
- Provides health education and coaches consumers on treatment alternatives to assist them in best decision making
- Supports consumers in selection of best physician and facility to maximize access, quality, and to manage heath care cost
- Prepares individuals for physician visits
- Manages utilization through education
- Special projects, initiatives, and other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted CA license
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- 3+ years of varied clinical experiences in an acute care/hospital setting
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications, and solid technical aptitude
- Ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed
- Ability to work evening hours based on business needs
- Ability to work one weekend shift each week
- Ability to work rotating holidays
- Ability to work up to 6 hours mandatory overtime, when necessary
- Ability to work Monday – Friday during daytime hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST for the first 3 weeks for training
- Dedicated, distraction free space in home for home office
- Access to high-speed internet (DSL/Cable/Fiber Optic)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
