Remote Clinical Nurse Auditor (RN)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clincial Nurse Auditor to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth audits of outpatient billing and coding for compliance with CMS guidelines, LCDs, and internal policies
• Identify and resolve coding and documentation discrepancies, resulting in improved revenue accuracy
• Collaborate with providers to enhance documentation and ensure accurate code assignment
• Ensure alignment with MUEs and other billing compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Experience with OP charge capture, CPT/HCPCS coding, and CMS regulations
• Strong knowledge of MUEs, LCDs, and general compliance practices
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Proven background as a clinical auditor with a focus on revenue integrity and billing compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
