Job Title: Clinical Support Nurse
Department: Medical
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor
Compensation: $26-$30 per hour, 40 hours per week
Shift: Must be open to evenings and weekends shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and providing resolutions in a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Escalation Management: Manage tickets that require medical escalation, communicating with patients regarding clinical concerns and offering clear, actionable solutions.
  • Customer Service: Complete comprehensive customer service training to ensure a patient-first mindset, aiming for one-call resolution in every interaction.
  • Clinical Support: Apply strong medical knowledge to address patients’ questions, triage concerns, and support their wellness journey in compliance with clinical protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team, clinical team, and other departments to ensure consistent and exceptional patient care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, medical escalations, and resolutions in the company’s telehealth system.
Qualifications:
  • Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurses) or RN (Registered Nurses) license in good standing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with experience in telehealth, preferably in weight loss, or wellness.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient concerns in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of calls and escalations while maintaining an elevated level of accuracy and patient satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.
