Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical standards and the ability to perform utilization reviews, case management, and sterile processing as needed. The Nurse Practitioner will work Independently and only outpatient.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, including ICD-9 coding for billing purposes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
Experience
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications is required.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
