About the opportunity:
- Schedule: Per diem
- Hours: between 7a-11p, varies
- Patient Population: All ages, 0+
- Multiple state licenses required
- Must have at least one of the three state licenses: CA, D.C. or NY
Responsibilities
The Family Nurse Practitioners will be responsible for:
- Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Primary Care experience
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state needed
- Must have at least one of the three state licenses: CA, D.C. or NY
- Multiple state licenses required
- Board Certified
