We are currently seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner to join our team. If you are passionate about men’s & women’s health, particularly in managing bioidentical hormones and GLP-1 medications for medical weight loss, this role is a perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for men’s bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and medical weight loss programs.
• Hormone Therapy Management: Monitor and adjust bioidentical hormone levels for patients, ensuring optimized care.
• Weight Loss Management: Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications and other weight loss therapies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including collaborating with the lead medical provider supporting staff.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on their treatment options, lifestyle changes, and health maintenance strategies related to hormones and weight loss.
• Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure that all treatments comply with state regulations and clinical best practices.

Skills

• Licensure: Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (required).
• DEA License – Arizona
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in managing bioidentical hormones and medical weight loss, preferably with GLP-1 medication.
• Preferred Certification: World Link Certification is preferred but not required.
• Education: Master’s degree – Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or higher.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and patient-focused care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
