Remote Geriatric Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – (15+ States MINIMUM required)

Job Description: Synergy Health DPC is a telemedicine start up that focuses on delivering convenient and affordable medical care online. We are growing and are looking for motivated multi-state Nurse Practitioner to join our small team of medical specialists.

Qualifications

· Passionate about providing excellent patient care

· Exceptional communication skills

· Ability to maintain highly confidential information

· Multiple active APRN state licenses (minimum 15)

· Provide telemedicine for patients of various conditions and ages

· Review charts and prescribe appropriately

· Communicate with patients via the platform

· Maintain proper documentation in the medical record

· reliable computer/internet access

Not medicare credentialed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
