Remote Integrative Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN, WHNP, CNM, FNP) – Illinois

Our mission is to support patients using a comprehensive, whole-person approach that honors emotional, physical, and relational health.

We’re expanding our Hormonal Health track and are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with full practice authority in Illinois to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for a provider who values combining medication, hormonal, and holistic strategies to help patients feel their best.

Position Details:

Status: Part-time W2 employee

Schedule: Minimum 6 hours/week, up to 30 hours/week (you choose)

Location: 100% remote (Illinois license required)

Pay: $65 per billable hour with Quarterly productivity bonuses available

Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage provided

CME: Up to $1200 per year for continuing education

Retirement: Eligibility for 401k

What You’ll Do:

Provide virtual care for patients experiencing hormonal and emotional health concerns, including:

• Perimenopause and menopause
• Initiate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) when indicated
• PMDD and menstrual mood disorders
• PCOS and insulin resistance
• Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s
• Autoimmune-related hormone disruption
• Collaborate with psychiatric and wellness providers in a behavioral health framework
• Combine medication management, hormonal therapies, and holistic interventions (e.g., supplements, nutrition, stress management)
• Use behavioral health–aligned ICD-10 coding and documentation
• Offer affirming, patient-led care that supports individual goals, identities, and lived experience

Who You Are:

• Licensed CNM, WHNP, or FNP with Full Practice Authority in Illinois (Required)
• Number for verification question: 6453
• NOTE: This is not the initial IL license and requires 4000 hours of APRN experience.

Skilled in:

• HRT and hormone-related psychiatric symptoms
• Thyroid and autoimmune conditions
• PMDD and menstrual mood disorders
• Holistic or integrative approaches to care
• Comfortable practicing independently in a telehealth setting
• Sex-positive and neurodivergence-affirming in your clinical approach
• Passionate about empowering patients with education, options, and inclusive care
