Remote Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APRN, MSN, FNP)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and management of chronic and acute illnesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of medical attention.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized health plans based on patient needs.
• Perform laboratory tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Assist in the management of chronic conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.
• Perform Botulinum toxin treatments as needed for eligible patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Internal Medicine or related field.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license with certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Proficient in conducting physical examinations and managing medical records.
• Experience with ICD-9 coding is preferred.
• Strong skills in health coaching and patient education.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in internal medicine.

Pay: $118,636.00 – $124,581.00 per year
