Description:

Scope of Work: Telemedicine consults with patients, adults only – a mix of types of general diagnosis
The client will provide technology (Advanced MD)
One day per week, and once patient volume increases, more days will be added to the schedule

Certification/License:

BC or BE
Must have a FL license
Ptan # is required
