We are currently seeking MAT/Suboxone physicians and nurses to join our network of independent contractors. ChoicePoint Health provides a back-office system for physicians, including incoming leads, scheduling, billing, and back-office support. This position is not a direct employee of ChoicePoint Health; rather, it is an independent contractor role, with ChoicePoint Health providing comprehensive back-office support.
Position Overview:
ChoicePoint Health is seeking licensed MAT/Suboxone physicians and nurses practioners to join our network as independent contractors. As an independent contractor with ChoicePoint Health, you will be responsible for providing care, ordering medication, and overseeing the treatment of patients seeking assistance with co-occurring substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients seeking assistance with co-occurring substance use disorders.
- Order medication and oversee patient treatment plans, with a focus on MAT/Suboxone treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Attend regular meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a physician or nurse in the state of Florida.
- Active Florida DEA
- Telehealth experience
- Medicaid, Medicare, and In-network independent providers preferred
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine, Psychiatry, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Experience with MAT/Suboxone treatment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong commitment to patient care and confidentiality.

Pay: $65,426.21 – $250,000.00 per year
