Pay Range: $40- $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with retrieval of medical records.
- Works with the HEDIS team to collect member records by contacting providers and placing collected records into database utilized.
- Required to handle a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls with provider offices.
- Continued follow up on requested medical records until obtained.
- Excellent documentation of research and contact information.
- Labeling records with appropriate naming convention.
- Loading medical records to abstraction database.
- TBD, but likely 40 – 50 calls/faxes per day.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Effective Communication skills.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Prior HEDIS Medical Record Review experience HIGHLY preferred.
- Highly organized
- ADN (Associated Degree in Nursing)
- RN
