Remote Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner – 1099 Contract

Responsibilities:

• Function independently to perform comprehensive, age-appropriate virtual histories and examinations.
• Manage pediatric and adult patients for both acute urgent care conditions and chronic management.

Required Qualifications:

• Active licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Graduate of a Master’s Degree level accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a family practice or urgent care setting.
• Ability to practice independently (autonomous practice) with active prescriptive authority permissions.
• Must possess active multi-state licenses (single-state license candidates cannot be considered).
• Must provide your own home office IT equipment meeting technical requirements.

Schedule and Shift Options:

• Part-Time: 20 hours per week (Weekday shifts between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).
• Modified Full-Time: 32 hours per week (Weekday shifts 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM local time; every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week (Weekday shifts 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM local time; every fourth weekend, Saturday & Sunday, 8 hours/day).

Compensation:

$45/hr base (expected 3 visits) + $15.75 per visit above 3

Example: for 5 visits each hour, you would make $76.5/hr
