Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Pennsylvania with active DEA to work REMOTELY in our care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients who reside in nursing/rehabilitation facilities.
This position is strictly RVU in terms of compensation. The range is a guide based upon expectation of your earnings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Utilize management strategies for effective case management and coordination of care.
Experience
- Previous experience in nursing/rehabilitation facility is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with utilization management practices within healthcare settings..
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $130,289.00 – $139,280.00 per year
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
