Who We’re Looking For

You’re a licensed Nurse Practitioner who:

• Has experience working in the ER, ED, or urgent care setting—someone who’s seen it all and can make quick, confident decisions.
• Is comfortable using EMR systems. (We’ll train you on ours, don’t worry.)
• Values efficiency and professionalism—most of our patient clearance calls are just 1–3 minutes long.
• Bonus points if you have experience prescribing GLP-1s (like semaglutide or tirzepatide) or are passionate about the science behind weight loss and metabolic health.
• Lives in a state where we operate and wants to grow with a company that’s doing things differently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working from home (or anywhere you like).

• Reviewing patient intake forms and performing brief phone clearances.
• Occasionally reviewing lab results when bloodwork is required.
• Supporting patients across our IV Therapy and Weight Loss Program divisions.

• $15 per standard clearance
• $20 per clearance involving bloodwork review
