Remote Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive physical musculoskeletal examinations and health assessments in a telehealth setting
– Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary
– Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
– Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
– Maintain Accurate and up-to-date medical records
– Charting in the EHR – Coordinate patient treatment plan with provider parties involved
– Maintain Accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care/telehealth/pain management clinic setting
– Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record systems
– Knowledge of utilization management practices and principles
– Board-Certified NP License – Experienced Diagnostician
