Remote Nurse Practitioner – AZ, AL, CO, MD, MN, NV

OpenLoop is looking for Nurse Practioners to provide telemedicine wellness visits for our client’s Medicare patient population!

Our client, a leading house-call company, started with the vision of transforming in-home clinical care by improving patient access, quality of life, and clinical outcomes. They are advocates for their patients, and try to help them get the services and resources that they need.

They recognized that special core competencies were essential to meet patient needs, and developed the concept of the of a new type of in-home clinician, who understands the unique problems and needs of homebound and access-challenged patients.

• Complete 30 minute (plus 5-10 minutes of charting) annual wellness visits syncronously through telemedicine
• Review patient medical history
• Identify and diagnose medical conditions
• Conduct medication reviews

• Must have active NP license in a minimum of 4 states, with one license in the following states: AZ, AL, CO, MD, MN, NV
• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with current national certification in family practice through ANCC, AANP, or another nationally recognized certification
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice or primary care (preferred), or urgent care
• Outstanding clinical expertise, evidence-based practice
• Competent in providing patient education at every visit
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Timely and professional
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience a plus

• $70/visit
• $15/no-show
• Minimum hours 30 a week

• Two-interview process
