Your role and impact
As a clinician at 98point6, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while utilizing your passion for innovation and technology. We are in search of primary care nurse practitioners to join us on our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare that is both accessible and affordable. You will provide direct patient care potentially across all 50 states and have the opportunity to participate in the design and development of our service.

We are looking for Board Certified Nurse Practitioners able to work full-time (40 hours per week, ideally 12pm-8pm PST), who hold at least one active, unrestricted license to practice in Arizona and/or Washington state.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care to our nationwide patient population through our fast-paced virtual health clinic
  • Work closely with our physicians, behavioral health therapists, medical support staff, and clinical research teams to provide comprehensive support to patients via externally-facing tools and resources as needed
  • Partner with our product team to consistently deliver an experience that exceeds patients’ expectations
  • Participate in Medical Group and team meetings
Qualifications
  • At least a Masters of Science in Nursing (obtained within the United States)
  • An active APRN license (with prescriptive authority) in good standing in at least Arizona and/or Washington state
  • National certification
  • 10+ years (more than 3600 hours) experience post graduation as a primary care nurse practitioner in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or similar ambulatory setting
  • Experience providing care virtually
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across various shifts and schedules (including nights and weekends) is required, targeting candidates who can work 12pm-8pm PST consistently
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with no more than 36 hours per week in clinic
  • Familiarity with the various challenges of ambulatory practice
  • Firmly grounded in evidence based medicine
  • Computer literacy with the desire and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly
  • Organized and able to stay up-to-date on administrative tasks between clinic shifts
  • Strong written communication to ensure a meaningful and professional clinician/patient experience
  • Willingness to work and collaborate as a team of physicians, nurses, MA, and patient support to provide high quality and safe medical care
