Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in multiple states. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering telehealth services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans in compliance with standard medical protocols. The role also includes maintaining thorough electronic health records, collaborating with diverse healthcare teams, and supporting high-growth service lines through both synchronous and asynchronous methods of care delivery. Provider must have 30+ state licenses to qualify for this position

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states and familiarity with telehealth service delivery
• Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge in managing care for service lines such as weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, TRT, acute care, or related areas
• Ability to adapt to a virtual healthcare environment and use telehealth platforms effectively
• Preferred: Experience in high-growth healthcare environments or digital health settings
• Board certification and an active DEA license are required
• MUST HAVE 30+ STATE LICENSES
