Inspire Health Alliance is currently seeking to hire dynamic, enthusiastic, and engaged Nurse Practitioners for an exciting and unique all remote-work opportunity in a non-traditional, non-healthcare setting. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work remotely to conduct virtual, individualized, succinct screenings of children, adults, families and/or their caregivers who present with specific requests and needs related to a wide range of developmental disabilities including autism and related disorders, mental health diagnoses, and/or complex medical diagnoses.
  • Utilize your keen observation skills, strong listening skills, clinical acumen, experience working in health settings, and training to provide a compassionate response in granting or denying requests for services and accommodations.
  • Serve in a high-volume, innovative setting; engage and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including non-clinical colleagues as well as other Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Behavior Analysts, Psychologists, etc.
  • Work with non-clinical colleagues to ensure an efficient, streamlined process
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and provide excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Nurse Practitioners License in any US State
  • At least 3 years’ experience working as an Nurse Practitioners
  • Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders, psychiatric/mental health conditions and neurocognitive disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Strong interview skills, excellent observational skills, detail oriented
  • Personable, with strong communication skills, especially spoken English language
  • Ability to maintain composure, be a keen observer, and make sound clinical judgments in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to seek appropriate consultation and team support when necessary
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving landscape
  • Work remotely from any US location
  • Be available for both remote and in person training prior to initiation of work
  • Ability to engage in virtual, collaborative interactions with staff and individuals located throughout the US
  • Comfortable working with a diverse population
  • Comfort with general computer skills, basic word processing, video conferencing, electronic queue systems, mobile technology devices; willing to learn new and basic technologies and applications
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

PREFERENCES

  • Nurse Practitioners with Psychiatric Mental Health Certification PMHNP are encouraged to apply
  • Some experience working in outpatient or non-hospital setting
  • Some experience working in non-traditional settings such as schools, camps, community programs

  • Available shifts: Short (3-4 hr.), medium (5-7 hr.) and long (8-10 hr.) shifts
  • Available shifts: Day and evening, weekday, and weekends
