Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP)

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing remote care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing care plans and prescribing medications to support patient health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 75 85 calls per 10-hour shift (average ~10 minutes per call)
• Develop and manage patient care plans based on clinical best practices
• Prescribe medications as appropriate within your scope of practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support continuity of care

Scheduling & Flexibility:

• Shifts available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evening and weekend coverage
• Option to work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, maximizing daily coverage while offering schedule flexibility

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
• Comfortable with remote patient engagement and electronic health systems
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
