Remote Nurse Practitioner (Telemedicine) – WA & NM

Seva Medical is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to patients. We are seeking a resilient, dedicated professional who is ready to help us provide quality care to our patients in Adult Family Homes (AFHs)/Assisted Living via telemedicine. The right candidate will be experienced in primary care and will work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure their continued good health.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide primary health care services to patients and identify if further treatment is necessary via telemedicine
• Complete medical histories, physical examinations, and interviews with patients.
• Order laboratory tests to help diagnose patient conditions.
• Order and interpret x-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, or other diagnostic imaging tests.
• Set up and maintain medical charts, medical records, and computerized medical records.
• Complete and forward medical forms, insurance forms, patient information forms and other paperwork to insurance providers or other agencies.
• Follow-up with patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted NP WA state license, or ability to obtain
• DEA license, or ability to obtain
• National Certification, or ability to obtain
