Remote Nurse Trainer (RN)

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Trainers to join our Nurse Advocacy Instructor Team. The Nurse Trainer will play a crucial role in educating and mentoring nurses who are looking to pivot in their careers away from the bedside. If you are a seasoned nurse who has successfully pivoted to a new non-bedside role and are looking for a unique way to earn passive income, this job is for you!

We are especially interested in Legal Nurse Consultants, Quality Review Nurses, HEDIS Reviewers , Tele Health Nurses , Occupational and Employee Health Nurses, Remote Triage Nurses and School Nursing.

But we are open to other unique opportunities for Nurses as well.

Responsibilities

• Develop an on-line course, within your specialty, to provide real life education and training for nurses looking to pivot away from the bedside.
• Opportunities to also provide coaching and mentoring to these nurses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in your field of expertise to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a nurse in a clinical setting as well as your current role.
• Strong knowledge of best practices within your scope of practice.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences through the development of a recorded power point presentation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• RN (Preferred)
