About the job
We are seeking Remote Part-Time Nurse Practitioners to become a part of our team! We are a national preventive medicine practice, focusing on heart health and diabetes, with all services performed remotely via telemedicine. The practice is led by a nationally recognized physician who was the former Department Chair for Preventive Medicine at Johns Hopkins. The NP will receive extensive training in the latest Metabolic Health protocols that are used to prevent and treat chronic disease.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee chronic care management services with patients.
- Provide change of care plans
- Diagnose and treat chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments (Physicians, NP’s)
- Communicate with Medical Director regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Experience in preventive medicine and treatment of heart disease and diabetes.
- Openness to training and supervision in PrevMed methodologies.
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MULTI-STATE NP LICENSES A MUST
