Position Summary:

Anywhere Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychiatric Physician Assistant for our Louisiana location. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while embodying the core values of Anywhere Clinic. This is a full remote role, and will remain as such unless telehealth laws change drastically.

This role offers an opportunity for independent contribution as a 1099 contractor. Providers begin at a competitive pay rate of $80.00 per scheduled hour of patient care at any Anywhere Clinic location. For Telemed shifts, compensation grows incrementally by $5 per hour, reaching a cap of $95.00 per scheduled hour within the first year.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• The role will include seeing and treating patients independently
• The work days and hours may vary in certain circumstances and holiday weeks. Seeing patients and updating the patient chart notes with current information based on their last appointment.
• Patient encounter notes must be completed within 24 hours of the patient’s last appointment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• State of Louisiana licensed Psychiatric Physician Assistant
• Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.
• Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people. Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence, intuitive sensitivity, empathic while maintaining supportive structure, nuanced self-discovery, warmth, respect/appreciate different life trajectories.
• Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth.
• Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.
• Deep compassion and empathy for others
• Knowledge of HIPAA and a background in working with confidential information
• A willingness to learn and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability and tools to work remotely
