We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help us continue to grow.

Job Description: As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy to patients in our practice. You will work closely with our team of clinicians to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Provide medication management and therapy to patients
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in NY state
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Experience working in a psychiatric setting preferred but open to new graduates

Supervision:

• Receive frequent supervision with the practice owners, who have decades of experience in private practice

Hours: To start with about 5 hours per week, flexible based on preference, with opportunity to grow and add more hours if desired

Please note: Potential applicants must be licensed in New York State and located in the New York City area. Out of state applicants are not eligible for this position.
