Remote Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, providing medical support, and ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

Duties
– Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
– Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
– Provide education to patients and families on treatment plans and self-care
– Ensure compliance with medical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and ethical standards
– Participate in discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up
– Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication
– Engage in utilization management to optimize healthcare resources

Qualifications
– Current RN license
– Experience in clinic, inpatient, or hospital medicine settings
– Proficiency in patient assessment and behavioral health management
– Knowledge of discharge planning processes
– Familiarity with utilization management principles
– Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
