Clinical Management Consultants is excited to offer a rewarding career opportunity for an Entry Level Remote RN Recruiter in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. This is a fully remote position.

In this challenging and fast paced role, the Remote RN Recruiter will direct recruiting strategy, develop marketing materials, lead interviews with Healthcare professionals and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Remote RN Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Leadership, Advanced Practice Nursing, and specialized nursing roles nationwide.  In this full cycle recruiting role, the Remote RN Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job.  This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting, candidate development and hands-on client consulting.
