Full job description

Hi, we’re Fountain Vitality – a telemedicine company looking for nurse practitioners to join the medical team. We offer concierge TRT & GLP-1 telehealth treatment to our thousands of happy members around the United States.

Fountain launched in 2021, and we are growing extremely fast (while delivering a higher-quality, more concierge experience than almost anyone else).

In fact, we have one of the highest Trustpilot ratings (4.9 stars out of 5) in the United States for a telemedicine company, because we go above and beyond to deliver the best possible experience unlike any others.

That’s where you come in.

This is an opportunity to work directly with patients struggling with obesity as well as men with low testosterone.

The work is very gratifyingwe have heard countless times that our programs are “life-changing.”

This is a fully remote position, which means you can work from anywhere. Additionally, you will have the flexibility and lifestyle that comes with working in a startup environment.

We highly value nurse practitioners who are licensed in multiple states as we currently operate in approximately 25 states. Current active licensing in California (NP + furnishing license) is highly valued.

Role Overview:

We are looking for nurse practitioners with empathy for, and understanding of, both obesity and testosterone deficiency.

Prior experience prescribing GLP-1 and TRT medications is not required but can be extremely helpful. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the desire to collaborate with others on this fast-growing team.

Who We Are Looking For:

At Fountain, we go above and beyond with service. Our goal is to delight our potential patients and relieve them of the normal headaches of traditional healthcare (ie. sitting in waiting rooms & waiting weeks just to schedule a visit).

We’re focused on offering the highest quality telemedicine experience – never cutting any corners. That’s why a critical element we’re looking for in providers is a positive attitude and a serious desire to make our patients feel like they’re in good hands.

Similarly, we’re looking for a provider that has a genuine passion for patient and colleague interaction. Someone who always goes the extra mile.

What Makes Fountain A Great Place To Work:

As a Fountain provider, you’ll join our small team of medical specialists and entrepreneurs.

You’ll benefit from our technology and operations team working to constantly improve the experience internally and externally – as we’re a startup.

  • See patients via online video visits, using clinical protocols
  • Provide telemedicine for men seeking care for testosterone deficiency as well as people seeking care for obesity
  • Follow practice’s protocols to order and review labs and prescribe appropriately
  • Provide feedback on documentation, systems, and operational processes so that we can efficiently and effectively keep growing
  • Go above and beyond to make our patients feel like they’re in good hands

  • Active NP medical license, ideally in multiple states
  • Active DEA license in the state of practice
  • Passion for providing excellent patient care
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Growth mindset

  • Knowledge of clinical standards of care
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Interest in skills development

  • Availability and freedom to set an individual schedule as desired
  • Work 100% remotely
  • Competitive salary (Starting part-time pay $50-60 an hour. With possibility for full-time.).
  • Start-up lifestyle (no corporate hospital bureaucracy) with high empathy for clinician experience
  • Energetic team with proven track record
