The Opportunity:
Join us in redesigning how healthcare is delivered through our virtual-first, person-centered model of care. We are seeking compassionate Advanced Practice Providers to join Ovatient and its virtual multi-specialty practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare delivery by providing high-quality urgent care services to patients through video visits, team-based care, and asynchronous visits. This role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and healthcare innovation, allowing you to provide exceptional care while contributing to the future of healthcare delivery.
As a clinician at Ovatient, you will play a crucial role in our Virtual Patient Centered Medical Home, supporting our Virtual Urgent Care, Virtual Same Day Care, and Virtual Primary Care services. You will not only diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions but also help in further building and shaping the development of our virtual patient centered medical home on behalf of our patients and caregivers.

Our team of dedicated virtual providers and care team members work closely with our health system partners to provide patients with connected, coordinated, and convenient virtual care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent, personalized virtual urgent and same day care through video visits, team-based care, and asynchronous visits for ages 6 years old and up.
- Collaborate with specialists, our virtual primary care team, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals in our integrated care model.
- Provide guidance to other professionals on our team, instilling our high standards of patient care and creating a nurturing learning environment
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Engage with our health-conscious community by providing health education in visits and via webinars, Q&As, and health content creation. Your role will be instrumental in shaping a positive, supportive, and health-focused environment for all patients.
- Provide cross-coverage between primary and urgent care settings as needed.
Qualifications:
- DNP, FNP or PA from accredited program.
- Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
- Compact RN license (APRN only) or active, unrestricted license in at least one state (with support from Ovatient to obtain licenses in Ohio, South Carolina, and additional states).
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in delivering primary care or urgent care.
- Demonstrated 3 years of experience and expertise in telemedicine and virtual care, including the ability to integrate behavioral health as part of an essential part of your practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency and comfort with using technology to support the delivery of virtual care in a remote setting and coordination with in-person care settings.
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care with a curiosity to explore innovative new care models.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays, as needed.
- To meet the needs of our diverse patient population we value candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to clearly write and speak both languages to support the care of native Spanish speaking patients in a medical setting.

Location:
Although this is a remote role, you may be required to attend in-person training or events in Cleveland, Charleston, or other locations as needed.
