This is a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with excellent communication skills that provides education and empowerment to our patients. Your communication and expertise will provide patients with insight they may not have otherwise, enabling them to optimize their pharmacy prescriptions through lowering out of pocket costs or driving improved adherence.

This role requires clear communication skills and desire to empower patients with information to improve their Part D benefit experience. You will be on a team of other NPs working toward a joint goal to achieve during campaign running from September to December 2024.

Outbound calls are made to patients that are using their Part D benefit but not at CenterWell Pharmacy and have opportunity to lower their out of pocket costs or access improved offerings by switching to CW Pharmacy (CWP). Your role requires making outreach and explaining the opportunity to the patient. If patient desires, you will write scripts to CWP for them during the same encounters.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in either Texas, Nevada, South Carolina, or Florida
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Call Center or Tele-Health experience. (Preferred)
• Senior care experience. (Preferred)
• Bilingual English-Spanish. (Preferred)
• Capacity to function independently within the licensed scope of practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$102,200 – $140,700 per year
