Accountabilities in this role

  • Telephonic nursing care; patient compliance and persistency
  • Adhere to program-specific materials and guidelines
  • Inbound and outbound calls to patients on behalf of the pharmaceutical manufacturer in support of one or more pharmaceutical products
  • Provide ongoing support to patients including assistance with drug adherence, education and side effect management
  • Identify, document, and report adverse events per the program’s requirements
  • Concise documentation for internal communication purposes and to meet manufacturer reporting requirements
  • Typical schedule: Monday-Friday shifts may vary
  • This position may be remote or on-site in an office setting


  • BSN preferred
  • 5 years of nursing experience in clinical/hospital setting
  • Valid Texas RN license
  • Previous Telehealth Nursing beneficial
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel

Additional Experience:
Must have minimum of 5 years experience in clinical and hospital setting; pediatric and adult
Valid Texas RN license and able to obtain additional State Licenses within one year of employment (expense reimbursed by the company)
Telephonic nursing experience required
Must have exceptional computer skills; Outlook, Skype, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience working with pharma companies preferred, but not required
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred not required
