Remote Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking US-licensed nurses to work remotely from home and monitor patient health data through RPM systems. This is a part-time role with fully flexible working hours, ideal for nurses looking for supplemental or flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor patient vital signs through RPM devices (Blood Pressure, Glucose, Pulse Oximetry, Weight, etc.)

Review and analyze incoming patient data for abnormal readings

Communicate with patients via phone calls or secure messaging as needed

Escalate concerns to physicians or care teams according to established protocols

Accurately document patient interactions and clinical notes in RPM/EHR systems

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS RPM guidelines, and company policies

Working Hours:

Up to 12 hours per week (maximum)

Flexible schedule – work at any time based on availability

No fixed shifts required

Required Qualifications:

Active and valid US Nursing License (RN or LPN/LVN)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Reliable computer, internet connection, and basic technical proficiency

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring, Telehealth, or Chronic Care Management (CCM)

Familiarity with RPM or EHR platforms

Prior experience working with chronic care patients
