📍 Location: Virginia – Fairfax County & Loudoun County (Immediate need in Fairfax Station)

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License (Virginia) – required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred (home health, clinic, facility, or hospice)
• Experience with patients with complex medical needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation/reporting skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in clients’ homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress
• Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare team
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports

In-home Care Setup

This job opportunity is strictly for in-home care services. This means that caregivers are expected to report to the client’s home, perform their assigned duties during scheduled work hours, and leave after completing their shift. This position does not include live-in arrangements or accommodations at the client’s home.
