The Clinical Guardian serves as a key clinical support resource within the BowTie Medical care model. This role is responsible for virtual patient engagement, care coordination, clinical intake, triage support within scope, documentation, and assisting providers in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.
· Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual clinical intake, support triage within scope, and assist members with appointment follow up.
- Perform outbound and inbound member calls for intake, follow-up, and care coordination.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and manage task queues.
- Support members in all care related questions and concerns.
· Qualifications – Required
- Active RN or LPN License in a Compact State
- 3-5 years clinical experience (primary care, family practice, telehealth preferred).
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating various systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to solve problems.
· Qualifications – Preferred
- Experience working in virtual care and a startup environment
- Multi-State License
- Experience or certification in Health Coaching or Life Coaching
· Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully remote role; must have a private, HIPAAcompliant workspace.
- Working Hours 11am-8pm eastern standard time (9 am – 6 pm Mountain time)
- Reliable highspeed internet required.
