Are you a passionate, patient-focused clinician looking to make a difference through holistic and alternative mental health care? Better U and Evernow are growing, and we’re looking for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with strong medical management experience to join our innovative team. Our services include psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, at-home ketamine therapy, sexual health, and peptide therapy (all designed to support whole-person wellness.)

About the Role:

This is a part-time position starting at a minimum of 8–10 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as we expand. You’ll work remotely, providing compassionate, evidence-based care while helping patients achieve balance and better mental health.

To ensure smooth patient care, providers must clock in for at least 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. Clinical supervision is provided to avoid delays in patient care and support ongoing professional growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
• Administer and oversee at-home ketamine therapy (for eligible patients)
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana (required)

DEA license and active licensure in at least five other states

• At least three years of experience in psychiatric or telehealth settings
• Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach to care
• Experience or interest in integrative medicine, weight loss, or alternative therapies is a plus
• Reliable remote setup and ability to work independently while staying connected to the team

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time contractor, starting at 10 hours/week with room to grow up to full-time (40 hours/week)
• Must clock in for 1 hour per day, 5 days per week
• Paid per completed appointments, chart review, or training sessions
• Clinical supervision provided for ongoing support and collaboration
