Pay Range: $38 – $41/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Concurrent Review RN will review inpatient authorization requests to determine medical necessity and appropriate level of care using clinical criteria, payer policies, and CMS guidelines.
• Responsibilities include concurrent/continued-stay reviews, authorization documentation, identifying cases requiring Medical Director escalation, and coordinating transitions to SNF, LTACH, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and other post-acute settings.
• The RN will collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams, monitor discharge barriers and readmission risks, maintain required turnaround times, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: – Concurrent Review, Utilization management, Inpatient Acute Care, MCG/InterQual
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or bachelor’s degree in nursing and 2 – 4 years of related experience.
• Required: RN – State Licensure
• Experience with Medical necessity tools such as InterQual or MCG
• 2+ years of acute care experience required
• 2 – 4 years of related experience
