Our team includes metabolic experts, registered dietitians, health coaches, nurse practitioner, and a medical doctor. We offer telehealth services to meet our clients’ diverse needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care services to patients, focusing on comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This will be a PRN, remote position. You must have a licence in Conneticut and or New York (having licences in other states a plus)

Duties

• Conduct initial and follow-up patient assessments.
• Order/interprete labs and diagnostics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Experience

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (NP or APRN) from accredited program
• Active, unrestricted NP license in New York and/or Connecticut (if possible additional states for telehealth)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation habits

Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
