Position Overview
A boutique healthcare company is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) contractor to support a large Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program implementation. This role will focus on concurrent CDI chart review while supporting staffing transition needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform concurrent CDI chart reviews
- Review medical records
- Formulate compliant physician queries
- Ensure strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Meet productivity targets and quality metrics
Requirements
- RN, BSN
- CDI experience
- Experience reviewing medical records
- Experience formulating compliant physician queries
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Certification Required
- CCDS or CDIP
