Remote Clinical Oncology Manager (RN, APRN)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the oncology therapeutic area and current cancer treatment modalities.
• Ability to effectively communicate with HCPs and develop relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology.
• Demonstrated skill in utilizing scientific evidence to support clinical communications and business strategy.
• General knowledge of medical sales and marketing objectives, strategies and key performance indicators.
• Skilled at collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams, both internally and externally, to understand customer needs and execute plans efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to understand the competitive landscape and analyze emerging trends in cancer care.
• Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and applying data to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic planning skills based on a thorough understanding of oncology industry trends and opportunities.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to decision-makers.
• Ability to positively cultivate and influence relationships within the organization, including the leadership team, as well as with customers and key opinion leaders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or clinical credentials (RD/RDN, NP, RN, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical oncology, with a proven track record in healthcare sales or business development.
• Experience working with hospitals, long-term care, or oncology-focused accounts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
