Rebu™ is building a virtual psychiatry team focused on timely, thoughtful, and efficient outpatient care for children, teens, and adults. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication-management follow-ups, treatment planning, and responsive care designed to help patients feel supported between appointments.

We are developing a modern telepsychiatry model where providers can deliver high-quality care without being overwhelmed by unnecessary administrative burden. Clinicians are supported by structured supervision from a psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience, a streamlined EHR, AI documentation tools, automated intake and visit summaries, and back-end support for routine requests such as refills, forms, follow-ups, and after-hours triage.

Role

We are seeking part-time and remote Psychiatric Physician Assistants to provide outpatient telepsychiatry care. Providers will conduct evaluations, follow-up medication-management visits, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical coordination under structured psychiatrist supervision. Each provider will treat patients within their training, comfort level, licensure, delegated scope, and the practice’s clinical policies. Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication-management follow-ups via telehealth
• Assess symptoms, review medications, obtain history, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely, high-quality documentation in the EHR
• Follow Rebu’s refill protocols, documentation standards, escalation pathways, and telehealth procedures
• Communicate clinically relevant concerns to the supervising psychiatrist as appropriate
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication

Requirements

• Active New York PA license
• NCCPA certification / PA-C
• NPI
• DEA registration, or willingness/eligibility to obtain if needed
• Comfort with outpatient psychiatric medication management
• Strong documentation habits
• Ability to use EMR, AI scribe, and telehealth tools
• Professional liability/malpractice insurance with minimum coverage of $1M/$3M
• Clean disciplinary/malpractice history, or disclosure if applicable
• CAQH profile preferred or willingness to complete promptly
• Psychiatry, behavioral health, primary care psychiatry, telehealth, or child/adolescent experience preferred but not required

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible remote part-time telehealth role, with scheduling coordinated in advance based on patient demand and provider availability. Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred.

Productivity-based independent contractor compensation with earning potential from approximately $65 – $100 per clinical hour, depending on visit mix, schedule utilization, and completed encounters. Additional compensation policies will be outlined in the independent contractor agreement.

Start Date & Application

Start date is contingent on completion of credentialing/enrollment requirements, EMR onboarding, and clinical approval by the supervising physician.
