Remote Physician/Nurse Practitioner – Clinical Review & AI Care Plan Evaluation Project

This is a unique project role for experienced clinicians to shape the future of healthcare by reviewing clinical data, creating care plans, and evaluating AI-generated outputs. This role does not involve direct patient care, EMR documentation, or liability for patient outcomes. Instead, it focuses on leveraging clinical expertise to train and evaluate AI systems used in healthcare settings.

Specialties Required:

• Primary Care (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)
• Cardiology
• Endocrinology

What You’ll Do:

• Review and interpret structured and unstructured EHR-style data.
• Develop comprehensive care plans based on provided scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated care plans for clinical accuracy, completeness, safety, and logical consistency.
• Provide structured feedback and corrections for AI outputs.
• Document step-by-step clinical reasoning and identify gaps in AI outputs.
• Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and quality benchmarks for AI.

Requirements:

• Active clinical license (NP, MD, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (post-training preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate decision-making processes.
• Experience in one of the required specialties: Primary Care, Cardiology, or Endocrinology.
