Remote QA Nurse RN/LVN – Home Health

Experienced QA Nurse in Home Health.

The Remote QA Nurse will focus on reviewing home health documents including nursing notes for completion, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Home Health documentation review experience: 2 years minimum
• Able to work independently
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner
• Extensive knowledge of CMS Home Health regulations including OASIS, and Plan of Care requirements
• Advanced computer skills with experience with one or more of Electronic Medical Record solution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and an aggressive approach to excellence
