Role Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) role at FlexCare is a full-time, on-site position located in Glendale, CA. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing patient care while maintaining high clinical standards. Daily tasks include monitoring patient progress, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols. The RN will provide compassionate and professional care to patients, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritizes excellent healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and medical treatment
  • Proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and health monitoring
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities for fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and patient confidentiality protocols
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
  • Advanced certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or specialty-specific credentials are a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a healthcare environment; experience in critical care or surgery is a bonus
