Post Acute Specialists – Florida is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a strong background in urology who are confident managing moderate- to high-complexity urologic patients.

This role is designed for experienced clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and performance-based compensation without the pressures of traditional employment models. Providers focus on specialty urologic care while our team manages scheduling, billing, and operational coordination.

Compensation Model

This position operates on a production-based compensation structure tied directly to clinical activity. Providers receive 40% of collected billings generated from completed telehealth consultations and follow-up visits.

• New urology specialty consultations for conditions such as urinary retention, hematuria, BPH symptoms, and recurrent urinary tract infections
• Follow-up specialty visits to monitor treatment response, catheter management, and ongoing urologic conditions
• Medication management visits, including titration and optimization of therapies for BPH, overactive bladder, and infection management
• Care coordination related to specialty consults, including collaboration with facility providers and arranging in-person procedural urology care when necessary

Preferred:
5+ years of focused urology experience or significant experience managing urologic conditions in a specialty setting.

Schedule Flexibility

Scheduling. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Providers are free to structure their schedules within this timeframe. Patients are scheduled in advance based on the availability you provide us. In other words, you would let us know your preferred clinical time blocks, and our scheduling team coordinates consults and follow-ups within those designated windows. The time block availability is specifically used to align appropriate patient encounters ahead of time.

Florida Licensure Requirement

Applicants must either:

• Hold an active Florida NP or PA license, or
• Maintain or obtain a Florida Out-of-State Telehealth Provider registration
