Remote Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner – Licensed – California

Role Overview:

Provide virtual primary care through telehealth visits, including video, phone, and email consultations. Collaborate with virtual and in-office teams via daily huddles, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional patient care. Be willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual practice across multiple states. Maintain excellent clinical and communication skills, demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, and adapt to diverse patient needs and technology use.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients via telehealth, including triage, video visits, and follow-ups
• Engage in ongoing learning and team collaboration
• Utilize clinical training to provide evidence-based care
• Obtain necessary state licenses for virtual practice in additional states

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience with diverse age groups
• Licensed in CA with ability to acquire additional licenses
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday
