Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Adaptive Behavioral Services | 100% Remote | Pennsylvania

I’m currently seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join Adaptive Behavioral Services, a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care throughout Pennsylvania.

This is a 100% remote telehealth role, intentionally structured to give clinicians flexibility, strong operational support, and the ability to focus almost entirely on patient care.

Compensation & Schedule

• $500 per 4-hour workday ($125 per hour)

• 1099 position

• Minimum commitment: 2 four-hour shifts per week

• Flexible scheduling

• Additional shifts available as patient demand grows

• Fully remote (telehealth only)

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients primarily experiencing anxiety and depressive disorders. You will be supported by a dedicated personal assistant/scribe who handles documentation and administrative tasks, significantly reducing your workload outside of clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations

• Diagnose and treat anxiety and depressive disorders

• Provide medication management and follow-up care

• Collaborate with internal clinical staff as needed

• Deliver ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience treating anxiety and depression

• Experience performing psychiatric evaluations

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• High level of compassion and professionalism

• Comfortable practicing via telehealth
